At Bradley Primary school, we aim to deliver a broad, well rounded P.E. curriculum that will allow children the opportunity to enjoy being active and develop the skills needed to excel in a range of sports. We aim to provide all children with the opportunity to become physically confident in order to support their health and fitness and to understand the need for a healthy lifestyle. This is done through PE, science and PSHE as well as by providing every child in school the opportunity to attend extra-curricular clubs, festivals and competitions throughout the academic year. Children are taught the skills required to actively take part in competitive, motivating and confidence building sporting activities alongside learning other key sporting traits: respect, determination, resilience, teamwork and equality. We aim for all of our children to be physically competent by the time they leave us and have a lifelong love of movement and physical activity.
